Dawn at the South

This is amongst my travels when I am pushed to chase available light amidst the gray sky. Thus, I need to make the most out of my shots. Zamboanga City, one of the places I love to visit because of the rich culture, history (and old stories), food (that is Jimmy's Satte, Alavar's Crabs and Curacha, amongst others), and the classy sound of the dialect - Chavacano.

Island Volcano inside a Crater Lake

I had a chance to visit Taal Volcano while learn a few tricks during the OlyClub Landscape Photography Workshop at Flamingo Taal Resort in Batangas.

Taal Volcano, an island volcano inside Taal Lake, is one of the active volcanoes in the Philippines. While it's death toll currently stands at around 5 million and has remained to be active, Taal Volcano has been quiet since 1977 and many found peace and serenity in the area.
